An Emotional Wisdom practitioner offers support through creating safe spaces for you to connect with your inner wisdom. Through training and experience, I learned how to teach others how to release emotional patterns using essential oils.

I create a space to support your nervous system through a series of practices best suited to your individual needs.

I use a variety of healing modalities to guide individuals through personal or professional development, spiritual awakenings and/or rememberings.
