Prior to opening this soul-led business, I worked as a Victim Specialist in the criminal courts of Virginia, USA. I advocated for survivors who were violated and traumatized in unimaginable ways and I have witnessed great transformation in those brave enough to share their stories.

Transformation is not an easy or comfortable process.

Yet, there is beauty, joy, love and connection in the process.

I am delighted to be your guide on this journey towards emotional liberation.

Most of us weren’t given the tools as children release emotions in a healthy manner. Often times, we were taught to ignore our intuition and disregard what your body is experiencing, often leading to a multitude of physical ailments and even pre-mature death.

By honoring your emotional body, you transform your physical reality.

Through dedication and perseverance,
you may learn to love yourself wholeheartedly.

A caterpillar turns to mush before it can make its entrance in this world as an incredible butterfly or moth through its metamorphosis journey.

A dragonfly larva must live underwater up to five years before it crawls out, then it will only survive a few weeks or months.

A cicada may live underground for up to seventeen years before it emerges into the light only to shed its entire exoskeleton.

Empowerment Session

Sliding Scale $22-$222

During an Empowerment session, you will share an emotion or physical symptom that you are currently struggling through or have been chronically suffering from. You will be offered guidance on how to holistically address that aspect of your life.

I will teach you to tap into your needs through body testing.

This session is for those who are looking for support on a singular issue.

This may be tailored to families looking for support with emotional regulation or conflict resolution.

Video sessions are between 30-60-90 minutes.

The Butterfly Effect

The Butterfly Effect is a three part experience where we choose one emotional pattern to untangle over a period of time, determined by the client and practitioner.

When you consciously choose to address the roots of an emotional pattern that is disrupting your life, you create space for yourself to heal and grow.

We will meet via video call for 60-90 minutes, three times.

You will be led you through three somatic healing ceremonies.

Practitioner will follow certified emotional wisdom protocol to release the emotional pattern that ails you.

I will recommend exercises for you to complete between sessions to encourage your personal growth between video calls.

This experience includes a package of therapeutic grade essential oils to support you on this journey.

Checkin calls will be scheduled according to client’s desires and needs.

Intuitive guidance will be offered at the end of this series to support your continued growth in the future.

Cicada Transformation

This offering is called the Cicada Transformation due to its deeply introspective nature. This offering is only for those ready to embrace all sides of themselves unapologetically with absolute unconditional love. When you dive into your shadows, you release unconscious constraints on your life.

This is a six month commitment.

Payment plans accepted.

Practitioner and client will meet weekly via video call for 90 minute sessions to untangle the emotional knots that are holding you back from living your best life.

During each video call you, I will guide you through somatic shadow healing practices using visualization, aromatherapy, emotional wisdom protocols and breath work techniques.

In addition to weekly sessions, you will be supported through checkins via client’s preference: voice notes, text messages, or phone calls.

Therapeutic grade essential oils will be shipped to you monthly to support you on this journey.

Clients embarking on this journey will be asked to commit to introspection and lifestyle changes between sessions to support the unraveling of emotional patterns holding you back from your best self.

Often times, we are left feeling big emotions, without guidance on how to release them, leaving us feeling alone and defeated - THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE.

You will be held with compassion through every step of your transformation. There is no emotion too big to overcome!

By the end of this experience, you will be conscious of emotional patterns, how they present themselves in your life and how to transmute them in the future.

Join me monthly in a Ceremony on the Full Moon. We will honor the full moon with seasonal rituals and reflective journaling.
This is a donation based offering.

Emotional Resiliency 101

During this training, you will learn how to honor your emotional body and release stagnant energies using certified techniques.
First, I will lead a grounding exercise. Then, I will guide you through the practice using therapeutic-grade essential oils. Lastly, we will close with a visualization and gratitude practice.
This service lasts 30 minutes.
$45 per training
